Booking and Cancellation
Booking
- Inquire about bookings either through our website or contacting us directly by email: info@riekontupa.fi
- The best deals for our properties are directly through us rather than 3rd party websites
- For bookings directly through our website our booking confirmation is 20% of the price of booking
- An invoice for this amount will be sent to your email, once it is paid the booking is confirmed
- For the standard invoice (IBAN bank transfer) we need your billing information: Full name, email, postal address
- If you wish to pay by credit card we also offer Stripe invoices for an additional 3% service fee to cover the cost of credit card processing
Cancellation
- For cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the booking, the deposit will be refunded, minus a €50 cancellation fee
- For cancellations made within 14 days of the booking start date, no refund will be provided
- The remaining balance will be invoiced 14 days before the start of the booking and must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice
